Who do I help?
I work with thoughtful, driven, self aware adults who have built full and often successful lives, but still feel that something is missing. They are capable, responsible, and used to holding themselves to a high standard, yet underneath may feel anxious, disconnected, or never quite satisfied.
For some, coping has started to show up through food, drinking, work, their phone, staying busy, or other habits that offer temporary relief. Others feel strain in their relationships or simply want to understand themselves more deeply, get closer to their own truth, and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
How do I help?
Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and warm. I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, and help you notice patterns that can be hard to see on your own. I’ll support you, while also gently challenging you when it helps you understand yourself in a new way.
Together, we’ll get curious about the different parts of you, where certain patterns came from, and whether they still fit the life you want now. I also incorporate EMDR when past experiences continue to shape how you feel, relate, or respond in the present.
We’ll move at a pace that feels thoughtful and manageable, while keeping the work productive and focused on meaningful change. The goal is not simply to cope better, but to know yourself more deeply, trust yourself more fully, and make choices that feel authentic to who you are.

I’m compassionate, curious, and not afraid to laugh with you. I’ll meet you with warmth and acceptance, while also being honest when I see something that may be getting in your way. I believe meaningful growth comes from feeling supported enough to look at yourself honestly.
I believe most of us are doing the best we can with what life has handed us. The ways we learn to cope usually develop for good reasons. My job is not to judge those patterns, but to help you understand where they came from, what they may be protecting, and whether they still fit the life you want now.
I genuinely love what I do, and I love learning. I’m deeply committed to ongoing education, consultation, and my own personal work. I want to keep growing as a therapist, staying curious, and finding deeper ways to understand the people I work with.
I believe most people can benefit from therapy, not because something has to be wrong, but because knowing yourself more deeply changes the way you move through the world. My hope is that over time, you feel more connected to yourself, more trusting of your own voice, and clearer about what feels true for you.
