Who we work
best with.

Mellow works with high-functioning individuals who are ready to make meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Many are professionals in Venice, CA who hold themselves to high standards, even while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or emotional weight that others rarely see.

Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, even if they’re not sure what that is yet.

What they share is a readiness to go deeper: to pause, look inward, and make space for meaningful change.

Mellow’s therapists help people make sense of what they’re carrying, understand what’s been holding them back, and move toward a more grounded, connected version of themselves.
